trong tun theo mnh, chng hn th 2 lm 1 bui t 7g n 10g, th 3 lm 2

3) Task Management:
Assign Work to a Task (Phn cng nhn lc):
Trong phn ny s gii thiu v cch phn chia nhn lc cho tng task. lm
c iu ny, t danh sch cc task, ta chn vo tab resource assign resources,
hoc bm phm tt Alt+F10.
Mn hnh assign resources hin ra v cho php ta ty chnh ngun nhn lc cho
task ny.
Trong hnh trn m t cch thm mt phng tin(vt liu) nhanh chng vo mt
task.
Assign a Calendar to a Task: Qun l lch lm vic
ng vi mi cng vic, ta c th thay i lch lm vic cho tng nhn vin,
hoc lch lm vic cho ton d n. lm c iu ny ta vo Project Change

Sp xp thng tin:
Ta c th sp xp cc cng vic hay ti nguyn theo mt iu kin no nh tn
cng vic, ngy kt thc, tn ti nguyn.
o Chn khung nhn Gantt Chart.
o Trn menu View, chn Icon Sort v chn kiu sp xp m ta mun
Trong menu View, trn thanh Group by trong drop down ta chn loi thuc tnh
m mun nhm.
Ta c th chn thm nhiu kiu lc khng nm trong mc Filter: bng cch chn
More filters hoc cng c th nh ngha kiu lc mi bng cch chn New filters
trong mc More Filters.
Nu khung nhn bn mun quan st hin thi khng c trong menu View, kch vo
mc More Views c nhiu la chn. Chn 1 kiu khung nhn trong bng lit k
Views, sau chn Apply.

b. Save a baseline:
Baseline khng g khc hn l chp li mt bc nh ca n ti mt thi
im chnh xc no . Da vo baseline, ngi dng kim sot c n
ca mnh, xem n thc hin c nh th no so vi k hoch. MS Project
2007 h tr 11 baseline, tc h tr cho ngi dng chc nng lu li 11 bc
nh cho d n ca mnh, bao gm: baseline, baseline 1, baseline 2, baseline 3,
baseline 4, baseline 5, baseline 6, baseline 7, baseline 8, baseline 9, baseline 10.
Trong mt project c th c nhiu baseline, v khi nim re-baseline ngha l
khi c nhng s thay i quan trng trong n nh hon cng vic no ,
vt ngn sch hay mt i ngun ti nguyn quan trng no , v cn phi cp
nht li baseline cho ph hp.

Thay i phn trm cng vic c thc hin mc Percent complete v nhn
OK. Ngay lp tc thanh en trong progress bar ca cng vic c chn s
v li tng ng vi con s c nhp trong Percent complete.
