Aptis Practice Materials Test 3- Writing on page 23.

Tasks 2:

I can come on every Wednesdays and Fridays at 3.00 pm. The topics that I
would like to discuss are the Interesting Places to Visit and Favourite
Dishes in Japan.
Tasks 3:
Hi J!
I am studying Japanese because of various reasons. One of it is, I will
further my study in Japan in an engineering course next year so, Im
preparing myself to be able to communicate in language.
3.1:
I think it is very interesting but most the time I find it difficult as we go
further on, especially in the reading and pronunciation parts. Thank God, I
got Kagawa, an exchange student, as my course mate. He is helps me a
lot.

3.2:
Well, actually Im also amazed with the sudden increased of students
taking up the course. Hopefully, there wont be much more addition
because the lecturer might find it difficult to concentrate on us
individually. Somehow, Im quite grateful because two of the newcomers
are my former classmates.

Tasks 4:
Have you heard the news about the course? Im quite unhappy that they
are increasing the course fee up to 15% next month. They have also
change the time of the lessons that is to be held on every Tuesday and
Friday from 14.00 to 16.00 pm, which is a terrible time for me! Why do
they have to change the whole thing? I think I will write a letter of
complaint to the management. Please support me!
See you soon
Greg

4.1: Formal email

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with recent changes to the
course monthly fees and time of the lessons.
Firstly, the increase in the monthly course is very large. I dont know what
the reasons are, but it is quite burdening to us, as a student. If you may,
please increased by a smaller margin, let say to only 5%?
Secondly, regarding about the changes of time of the lessons on every
Tuesday and Friday from 14.00 to 16.00 pm, please bear in mind that we,
as a part time students, have to re-schedule our daily work with our
company because of the sudden changes. May I suggests that if you
wanted to do any changes, please give us a prior notice for at least a
month, so that we are able to prepare ourselves!
I look forward to receiving your reply and response to my suggestions.
Yours faithfully,
Gregory Mojuntin
