Videos- 10% or 3 minutes worth
Text/Writings- 10% or 1,000
words
Music -10% or 30 seconds
Pictures- No more than 5 from
the same artist

When Does Material Become Public

Domain?

Anything made after

1978 is copyrighted
for 50 years after the
death of the author,
so it is free to use
