behind this choice.

their job Discuss this statement.
7. List and critically explain the three types of skills that a manager possess to constitute
an effective leader role.
8. Explain what constitutes an organization and to what capacity.
9. List and explain the challenges and opportunities for OB in a global level.
10. Critically evaluate on the theory X and Theory Y as proposed by Douglas McGregor.
11. Discuss the two factor theory that was proposed by Herzberg and its benefits.

12. Define leadership by relating to a person that you know is a good leader. Name five
characteristics of a good leader.
13. A leader positions comes with power. Name the six types of power that a leader
possess whilst holding the leader positions.
14.Explain what is group dynamics and list four benefits. Discuss its advantages and
disadvantages in the organization.
