RE: MG201 Organizational behavior: F2F Major and Group Project Assignment 2
This serves to confirm that the bearers of this letter are registered MG201 F2F students of the University of
the South Pacific of Semester 2, 2015. The course requires students to have some practical experience of
conducting research and how to write a report or project.
I assure you that all the information collected will be kept confidential. The students are not required to ask
any questions of the financial aspect of the organization/society/self but issues related to organizational
structure, culture as well as organizational change in order to relate to theories in the real world especially
in the Pacific region and local context.
Students will be required to choose an organization from any Pacific Island country. They will be required
to conduct an interview with you (as their chosen organization) to ascertain the question. They will be
required to analyse the information gathered during the interview to determine the effectiveness before
submitting a minor project paper for marking.
