Guidelines for Submission

1. Paper should not consist more than 2500 words and must be mailed to
finfor@tapmi.edu.in
2. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited, the papers will be run through anti-plagiarism
softwares and if found will be rejected
3. Manuscripts should be formatted in 12 pt. font and with 1.5 spacing
4. The whole manuscript should be in Times New Roman
5. Margins should be one inch from top, bottom and sides
6. All pages should be numbered consecutively
7. Titles and subtitles should be kept short
8. References should be in APA format on a different page
9. The first page of the manuscript should contain the following information:
o Title of the paper
o Authors name(s)
o Institutional affiliation(s) of the author(s)
10. Title should be centered, bold, and capitalized with 18 point font
11. Headings should be left indented and bold with 16 point font
12. Sub-headings left indented, bold, italic with 14 point font
13. Headings and subheadings should not be numbered
14. A footnote should have name(s) and e-mail address of the corresponding author(only1)
15. All graphs / diagrams should be referred to as figures (e.g., Fig. 1), and should be
numbered consecutively
16. Tables should be numbered consecutively as Tables (e.g., Table 1) in the text
17. Sources of figures / tables should be mentioned at the bottom as follows "Smith (1992)
reports that . . ." or "This problem has been studied previously (e.g., Smith et al., 1969;
Jones, 1970)"
18. Clearly mention the e-mail address of the corresponding author in the footnote who will
handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication
