Classroom Rules
Students are to be respectful to the teacher and other classmates!
Be on time! Students are expected to be in their seats when the bell rings.
Homework is MANDATORY! Homework is to be collected at random.
Students MUST participate!
IF a student is absent, they must pick up any missed assignments and get the
notes from another student.

TI-84 Graphing Calculator. Students will use this in
every
class.

Grading Policy
Tests - 40%
Quizzes - 25%
Homework - 20%
Participation - 10%
Attendance - 5%

Extra-credit will be offered twice throughout the quarter

Extra-Help
Extra help will be offered before school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 A.M. - 7:30
A.M. and after school on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M.
Our aim is to have a fun, productive year in this introduction to Algebra 2 & Trigonometry
class. We are looking forward to teaching and having each of you in our class this year. If
you put in the time and effort into both classwork and homework, this will be a very
successful year for you. Our door is always open to answer any questions you may have.
