Dear Mr. Dy:
Nasabi sa akin ng husband ko na nabanggit niya sa inyo na meron na kaming
ilang tseke na inihanda for payments of office rentals. Photocopy of said checks are
attached ngunit hindi pa namin mai-release dahil hinihintay pa namin ang ipinangako ng
isang kakilalang nakahiram sa amin ngunit hindi rin naibigay o nabayaran on or before
the end of November as promised. In fact, sa pakikipag-usap sa kanya ng husband ko ay
nangakong muli na on or before December 11, 2004 maise-settle sa amin ang promised
payment and for this reason, we have to hold on abeyance release of prepared checks
namin para sa inyo.
We were assured by our borrower friend na maibibigay na sa amin yung payment
by weekend this week and as soon as mabayaran na ito ay maire-release na namin ang
rental checks for five (5) months. We look forward to update our arrears with you before
the end of this month of December (2004).
I have to write you this note dahil nasabi yata sa inyo ng husband ko na meron na
kaming prepared checks for you but not yet released by failure of our borrower friend to
pay us last month (November) as he promised. We dont want you to think na we are not
serious in settling said accounts.
