The undersigned is the buyer in your/our record of a lot at Robinsons Homes East
particularly known as Blk. 127 Lot 2 model-RH in Antipolo City.
In writing your good office may I secure the supporting legal papers for the/my
purchase or acquisition of the above-mentioned lot.
According to Ms. Bernadette, record shows that I am the holder of Account No.
1997040189 and for which I already paid the sum ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND
PESOS (P110,000.00) to your authorized representative, Mr. Fred Mendoza and Ms. Fe
Saguin as attested by the attached photocopy of payments which is enclosed as Annex A
and forming part of this manifestation.
This Annex A shows that Mr. Mendoza received the sum of P90,000.00 while Ms.
Fe Saguin received the sum of P20,000.00 for the acquisition of rights, ownership and
interest regarding said Blk. 127 Lot 2 model-RH of your Antipolo subdivision.
I wish to be furnished of this requested legal papers as I need it for may own file and
for other future needs. I am making this request as a buyer in good faith and for value
with your legal and authorized representatives.

The undersigned has offered to buy a townhouse unit known as GOLDHILL
PLACE located at Lots 1198-B-6, 7, 8 & 10 Brgy. 175 Camarin, Caloocan City, which is
identified as Blk. 7 Lot 16 with a floor area of 51.60 sq. meters and a lot area of 60.00 sq.
meters as attested by the enclosed photocopy of my duly accomplished Reservation
Application.
My records of payments can attest that I have already paid a total amount of
P216,777.76 as part of the 30% down payment being required by this realty company.
Due to financial difficulty as I ceased being an OFW, I regret to inform that I cannot
sustain the payment of my existing balance pertinent to the acquisition of the abovedescribed townhouse unit. Thus, I hereby cancel my reservation application for such unit.
May I also express my intention of seeking refund of my payments made in
accordance to the company policy.
