Enterprises owned by the undersigned is the true and absolute owner of that one (1) unit
VIDEOKE MACHINE # 308 with complete accessories and new CD, installed at ARDZ
Sports Caf, located at Xanplaza Katipunan, which is being rented from us by one of
your building tenants, MA. LOURDES DOMINGUEZ. A photocopy of the Rental
Receipt dated March 23, 2004 issued to our said client is enclosed herein for your
perusal.
In view of the foregoing, may we express our claim to withdraw such VIDEOKE
MACHINE with its complete accessories from said establishment (ARDZ Sports Caf)
as we are the rightful owner of the said unit.
