Bahay Toro, Quezon City, which is described as Lot 2 of the cons-subdn. plan, Pcs-00-008309 being a portion of Lot 4-A and 4-B (LRC) Psd-261925 with an area of 209.90 square meters under T.C.T. No. N-185472 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City. As per record from the Treasurers Office and at the Tax Mapping Division (Assessors Office), it appearing that there are two (2) improvements presently existing at the said property. We wish to inform your good office that there is only one (1) residential house (improvements) presently existing thereon and that the previous improvements indicated thereto was already demolished. In view thereof, may I request from your good office for the cancellation of the previous improvement that was already demolished and to make the necessary correction thereto.
