About the Project Submission

Required to be done in Soft and Hard format.

Soft Copy

In MS Word without any password or restrictions. NO PDF please.

File name should be in the format

SOM 15 Sec: (X) Group: (XX) (Theme): XXXXXX

Make sure the file does not contain any virus, and it can be opened in other computers.
Figures, graphs, if any, should be part of the documents.
If you want to submit additional files in excel, follow the same file name format.

Mail the report to us at sk@iiml.ac.in and osv@iiml.ac.in as an attachment.

Please write in the subject: SOM15 Section: XX Group XX Final report

Hard Copy

Both sides of the paper to be used.

Please do not use plastic covers. Well-Stapled report is okay.
Take only back and white printouts.
No jazzy styling please.

Make sure it reaches my office room no. 239; slide it in through the door gap or highwindow.

Report Structure

First page of the report would contain the title, group number, and names of the students.

Second page would be the declaration sheet in the given format duly signed by all
the members of the team.

Third page onwards, the project details, loosely in the format of:

Methodology to be followed
Ground reality (As-is)
Analysis
Suggestions (To-be)
Conclusions
Future scope (If any).
References, bibliography (Web references used, if any)

Submission would necessarily involve both the components: Hard copy as well as soft copy
(word file).
A submission would be deemed incomplete if you do not follow the above-stated guidelines.
