will have combined features of virtual reality and
augmented reality.
Virtual reality that applies to computer
simulated environments can simulate in physical
presence in real world as well as imaginary worlds.
Augmented reality is a live real world environment
whose elements are augmented by generated
sensory input such as sound, video, graphics or
GPS data.
Google glasses are basically wearable
computers that will use the same android software
that powers android smart phones and tablets. The
glass will be equipped with GPS and motion
sensors for audio, video input and out puts. The
images will be streamed on to the computers
through the built in camera on the glasses and
return the augmented reality information to the
person wearing the glasses.
Google glass is as futuristic a gadget we
have seen in recent times. It is an

useful

technology for all kinds of people including

handicapped / disabled.
