the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C.552, both of which guarantee the publics access to
information in the custody of governmental agencies. I respectfully request copies of / access to the
following information:
All cell phone records for Commissioner James Noack for the dates of Aug. 11 through Aug. 24.
All email correspondence between Commissioner James Noack and commissioners Mike Meador,
Charlie Riley, Jim Clark and County Judge Craig Doyal relating to the potential road bond referendum for
November 2015.
