(Guidelines for Practical Lab)

This is to inform the students of 3rd year Physics (H) of Group 1 the guidelines
regarding VI A Lab-:
1) Each group should have a representative (should check her e-mail frequently)
2) At a time only 8 Groups would be working on the apparatus , rest of the
groups would be involved in preparation of manuals, information on Practical,
drawing graphs through computers , collecting viva voce questions ,
consulting library for experiments and preparing files.
3) The experiment would be allotted on Lab Card by the teacher, it would be
given to the lab attendant then only the apparatus will be issued .
4) If in any particular group more than 1 girl is absent , one girl from the waiting
group can join.
5) Entry in lab without auxiliary copy , practical file ,lab card , geometry box
and the prepared experiment would be strictly prohibited .
6) Put Alarm on your Mobile at 8.00P.M. (Monday ) for keeping things .
7) Every student should get her own calculator.
8) Files would be checked within two labs, not later .
9) Entire file except Observation table should be prepared by August 10,

Material to be written in file would be approved by the teacher .
11)
Groups not getting any experiment allotted have to utilize their time
completely, according to the instruction of the teachers .
12)
All the girls working on the apparatus have to write in Auxiliary copy
individually and simultaneously , the person not found writing would be
penalized with deduction of internal marks.
