    Conclusion

    After extensive research and several tests and experiments the proponents are able to
    successfully produce the desired output energized from an external power supply rated at 5 volts.
    The dot matrix circuit have 2 buttons; (1) to be able to choose a letter by pressing first button; (2)
    the second one is to display the special sequence programmed in pic microcontroller. Since
    microcontroller IC is used in this display circuit, the circuit is more compact and power
    consumption is very low. It needs software for changing the information to display. This LED
    display board is also widely used in advertising and information devices and this display board
    can be commercially produced by modifying.
