Self Portrait Project

Reflection
1.When I look at this photo, I see I young
teenage boy in a vibrant red shirt sitting
on a rock surrounded by black and
white trees and a school. I made this
photo by satirizing myself and then
creating everything else black and white
through photo shop.
2.When analyzing this, you can see that I
used the artistic element of contrast,
making my main subject contrast with
the background. One of the principles of
design that I used was perspective. I
made it so it seems almost as if my main
subject is the only color in a world full of
black and white.

3. What Im trying to communicate in
this photo is that my main subject, me,
is the only life in the boring black and
white world of school.
4. I think I did a good job on this piece of
work specifically because not only was it
my best shot photo, but it was also my
best edit. I spent the most time on this
picture editing because I knew that I
wanted it to be absolutely perfect. In the
end, I believe I reached the perfection I
was shooting for
