Tuesday, September 29th- Topic= 5 points
Something you are passionate about
Have some knowledge/experience with the topic
Topic examples
Tuesday, October 6th Rough draft= 20 points
2-3 pages front and back on notebook paper
Handwritten
Tuesday, October 20th- Notecards= 25 points
Neatly written or typed on 3x5 notecards in zip lock bag
Name on each notecard
Notecards numbered in order
Practice giving speech to several people
Be familiar with content of speech
Tuesday, October 20th- Final copy/ Presentation= 50 points
3-5 minutes in length
Posture
Clear voice
Looking at audience
Be familiar with content of the speech
Unnecessary motions
