GE Mobile Evaporator:

GEs Mobile Evaporator is a truck mounted design that fits within one trailer and truly
mobile with straightforward setup and operation. Please refer to the attached brochure

Mobile Evaporator
Fact Sheet.pdf

This unique system has a feed capacity of 50GPM (189L/min = 11.3m 3/h) with recovery
of ~40-80% (guide only subject to design review) and power consumption of about
350kW. Actual recovery will depend upon the ratio of produced water and water feeding
the Mobile Evaporator and the resultant blended feed composition. The mobile
evaporator system has the flexibility to treat across a range of brine and produced
water chemistries and is flexible enough to process feeds across a range of influent TDS
and also above 100,000 mg/L.
Depending on the feedwater basis the proposed mobile evaporator system may require
pre-treatment for iron, manganese, suspended solids and O&G. The evaporator will
produce a distillate. The concentrated brine from the system can be further treated or
disposed of.

Technical Conclusion:
Based on the expected volume of the produced water during the exploration phase,
one GE Mobile Evaporator may be able to handle the average volume of such produced
water and reduce its volume considerably prior to start of exploration phase or after
that, treat the legacy brine.
Overall significant reduction of produced water and brine volume can be achieved by
utilising the GE Mobile Evaporator, which in turn allows for further treatment of
concentrated brine to a mixed salt in the future or trucking the concentrated brine to a
wastewater treatment facility in the area.

Commercial:
GE would be pleased to offer its Mobile Evaporator for this Project on a sale basis. The
budget cost of outright sale of a Mobile Evaporator (including truck/trailer) is about
$5,000,000.
