I am applying for the position of Reservation Manager at NOVOTEL MANADO Golf

Resort & Convention Center.

My name is Juniar Hendrik William Lumankun. I am a hands-on type of manager,

self-taught, self-motivated, and hard-working. I have had experiences from various
positions and assignments during my tenure at The Westin Surabaya and then JW
Marriott Hotel Surabaya (1996-2008). Then I worked as Reservations Manager at
Ayodya Resort Bali, before I last moved to Grand Nikko Bali for the same position
until August last year.

At The Westin Surabaya I was part of the pre-opening team. During my time there I
also attended the "Starwood Cares" training program. At JW Marriott Surabaya, I
was also active as a facilitator for "Spirit to Serve" core training, assigned as the
Chairman for Energy Conservation Committee, and assigned as Project Manager for
installation and implementation of Espresso! System.

At the moment I am working as freelance translator and writer at Indie Book Corner
in Yogyakarta, Central Java.
