You have failed to present yourself in a manner befitting an associate of the Steele
Financial Group.
You lack the intelligence to capitalize on opportunities for advancement as
evidenced by our face to face conversation on 5/8/2015.
You have contributed to the development of a hostile work environment as
evidenced by your inability to collaborate with others using non-coercive
methods.
You have acted insubordinate towards supervisory staff, failing to comply with
reasonable requests as evidenced by our face to face conversation on 5/8/2015.
As you are not an employee of the Steele Financial Group, neither verbal/written warnings were
issued nor was a progressive discipline policy followed. Copies of this letter are in your
personnel file that has been provided to every member of the Board of Directors and
shareholders. In discussion with the Board and shareholders, it has been determined that your
services are no longer necessary. Previously documented agreements will still be honored by
Steele Financial, however after the date of this letter, no further communication between yourself
and any representative of Steele Financial will be permitted. Furthermore, you will not appear on
any property owned by Steele Financial Group. Should you violate these terms, legal action will
be pursued.
