with multicolour peppers roasted ground to dust,
sundried tomato crisps and roast potatoes

Pork belly roll roast stuffed with clementines,


golden raisins, kefalotyri & graviera cheese and
walnuts, slow baked and served with celery root

Kotopoulo
chicken stuffed with chicken liver, minced beef,
rice, chestnut and pine nuts, served with roast
potatoes

Stamnato

slow cooked - beef, pork and lamb in layers with


tomatoes, peppers, garlic and kefalotyri cheese
