Conclusion

The eatwell plate is a form to regulate our diet and the food
we eat. Follow it is a very good idea if we want to have a
better health, but in my case I dont really think that I have a
good diet, first of all because I dont like most of the fruits
and vegetables but I eat vegetables because my mother
obliges me to eat them so I eat few of them. I like eating lots
of bread, many dairy products, some meat and some
candies.
