It is proposed to convey a review meeting for the
BTMs and SMSs working under ATMA in prakasam district on 06.10.2015 at
10.30AM in the O/o Project Director, ATMA, Ongole. The BTMs and SMSs
are requested to attend the meeting with progress reports as per the agenda
items separately for each agenda item. Any absence for the meeting to be
viewed seriously and appropriate action will be initiated against the absentees.
AGENDA
1) No. Of organised demos, Trainings, farm schools and exposure visits for
2014-15 and already amount released on 1st spell, 2nd spell and balance
amount to be released from PD Office to FIACs.
2) Progress report on No.of Organized and Proposals for organisation of
demos, Trainings, farm schools exposure visits for 2015-16 from the allied
sectors namely Animal Husbandry, Horticulture, Fisheries, and Sericulture.
