To prepare this delicious dish, the essential ingredients are:

Tomato

green beans

lemon

you want you can use the two ingredients.
You can also add olives in pieces; although I think that better is add at
the end some whole olives.
Although this ingredient, mustnt be consumed by children, you can add
small pieces of rocoto, especially if these are red (they have a better
flavor).
If what you want is to give greater nutritional value to this dish, you can
add olive oil, although to me this it removes its traditional value.

For the method of cooking the beans and fresh corn,these must be previously
peeled,and must be cooked for 10 to 15 minutes to fire slow, although you can
also cook them to steam.
To serve it, you can accompany it of lettuces and a potato boiled, you must not
forget to prove earlier its flavor, because once served, it will be difficult.

This dish is ideal for a weekend, although it should not be consumed in the
afternoon or evening. People who suffer from gastritis, should ignore the
rocoto, much lemon and salt.
