I did receive a copy of the February 15, 2011 letter which was directed to PTP, Inc., Pineview Estates HOA and Leon
Kizer. To date, PTP, Inc. has not retained me in connection with responding to said letter or otherwise dealing with the
issues raised by said letter.

Attached is an e-copy of a letter from EPA to the owners/operator of the Pineview Estates Subdivision wastewater
treatment systems. The letter, sent today via certified mail, concerns SDWA violations at the Subdivision, and specifies
certain requirements to be undertaken by the owners/operator in an attempt to ameliorate conditions at the site. Please
