    Places to see in Delhi

    Delhi is the capital of India. During British raj, Delhi was the
    zone of Punjab and still historically and culturally connected
    with Punjab. It is the perfect combination of tradition and
    modernity. Delhi also calls heart of India.

    It is second crowded city in the India. It is rich of history and


    has many historical places to visit like Red fort, India Gate
    etc. Delhi is the most attracted and tourist place for tourist. It
    is famous for its street food, Shopping malls, religious and
    Historical places. It has beautiful combination of Old Delhi
    and New Delhi.

    Red Fort

    Red fort is the Historical place of Delhi. It shows the stage of


    mughal canon in India. The Shah Jahan constructed it. The
    Fort is made of red stones and its height is 18 meter from
    riverside and 33 meter from countryside. The PM of India
    hosted a National Flag on the Republic and Independence
    Day.

    Qutab Minar

    Qutab Minar is located in Old Delhi. It is 73-meter


    tallest tower in India. Qutab Din Aibak constructs Qutab
    Minar. It is also call sign of Victory. It has five storeys. First
    three were made of red sandstones and other storeys were
    made of marbles and sandstone.

    Lotus Temple

    It is also calls Bahai Temple. It was canon with white


    marbles. There are seven Bahai temples in the world. It is a
    like a lotus. The doors are always open for any faith, for any
    kind of people. It looks very stunning at night.

    India Gate

    India Gate is located in New Delhi. It is very famous place


    and built in the memory of Indian soldiers who lost their life
    during Afghan war. It is also calls Amar Jawan Jyoti. The
    name of the soldiers is written on the wall of the Gate. It
    looks very striking during the nighttime.
    Therefore, Delhi offers many places to visit. Dilli Haat, Lodhi
    Gardens, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Jama Masjid, Jantar
    Mantar, Chandni Chowk and Raj Ghat etc are also some
    places to see in Delhi.
