Dear Sir,
AIESEC is the International Association of Students in Science, Economics and
Commerce. It is a non-profit, educational and student run organization, with a
worldwide member base of 110 countries and spread across 2100 universities. Since
its foundations in 1948, AIESEC has been organizing student exchanges between
countries of its network, during which students from one country work in a foreign
countries.
AIESEC is working on a Global Community Development Program, in terms of
which student from Russia, Germany, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka are attending in Surat,
India.
We therefore demand you to support the Culture exchange conference, with theme
Conserve + Waste Management. We want permission to organize the same into your
college.
This conference consists of presentations about waste management as well as
PRAYAS which is concerned about tree watch. So kindly give us the permission as
well as some arrangement to execute this conference.
