October Moth of the Rosary:


The month of October is
dedicated to the Holy Rosary.
We celebrate our Lady of the
Rosary on October 7.
October falls during the liturgical
season known as ordinary time,
which is represented by the
liturgical color green. In
Ordinary time, We follow the
life of Christ through the
Gospels, and focus on the
teachings and parables of Jesus
and what it means for each of us
to be a follower of Christ.

Intentions of the Holy Father for the


month of October 2015
Universal: For Human traffic, the
modern form of slavery, So it can be
eradicated.
Evangelization: That the Christian
communities of Asia can proclaim the
Gospel to those who are still waiting
with a missionary spirit.
The Hallows Eve or Halloween
Announces November with emphasis
in the communion of the Saints,
especially the suffering of the Church
(the poor souls in purgatory) and the
second coming of Christ. This last day
of October in the secular calendar is
when they start the Christmas
preparations in the malls. At the
center of the secular festivities are
demons, witches and devils, but
counterpart Christian in the
communion of Saints. As Christians
who live a 'Catholic culture', we try to
explore the Christian roots of
Halloween parties.
