Group 2- CON: Continuing the climb as planned and providing enough
support to the Sadhu to ensure that he has enough strength.

QUESTION: The managerial direction of continuing supply of the apple

Group3- PRO team will support continuing the supply of apple juice from
universal, without investigating.
Group4- CON team will support the managerial direction to stop supply of
the old concentrate and conduct investigations.

Group 6-CON: Galavatrens should NOT have a non-retaliation policy as
part of their ethical code in light of the whistle-blowing case at hand.

Group 7-PRO: Hiring the son of the high ranking government official who
does not make the intern list cutoff and hiring him the 16th candidate
instead of the deserving 15th candidate.
Group 8-CON:NOT Hiring the son of the high ranking government official
who does not make the intern list cutoff and deserving 15th candidate as
planned.

Group 9-Pro team: The downfall of Enron is the result of the failure of the
auditor Arthur Anderson to perform their job in a transparent and ethical
manner due to conflict of interest.
Group 10-Con Team: The downfall of Enron is not the fault of the Auditor
Arthur Anderson or to conflict of interest but rather is the fault of Enron
Management.
