Assembly Instructions
MEDICINE BALL REBOUNDER
1. Attach the Rebounder (A) to the Base Unit (B).
2. Turn the adjustment knob on the Handle (C) counter-clockwise (left) to release
the spring-loaded pin and pull outwards on the knob. Slide the handle through the
opening in the frame of the Rebounder (A) and secure with bolt to the Base Unit
(B). Refer to figures 2 and 3 below for assistance. To hold the Rebounder (A) in
position during this step, engage the adjustment knob at your desired setting on
the handle and lock it into position by turning the knob clockwise (right) after the
pin has engaged.
3. To adjust the height / angle of the Rebounder (A), unlock the adjustment knob by
turning counter-clockwise (left) and pull outwards on the knob while supporting
the Rebounder (A) with the opposite hand. Slide the Rebounder (A) to the desired
setting and allow the spring loaded pin to pop into the corresponding hole.
Secure the knob by turning it clockwise (right) until it is tight.
