SenecaGlobal Congratulates Associate Sowjanya Boda, Srinivasu

Jogi, and Surya Pabbineedi: Each on Achieving Bravo Instant
Recognition Awards.

associates for displaying outstanding work in their fields.
Sowjanya Boda joined a client team recently, having to take up QA responsibility for an application release. She
gained in-depth understanding of the application and the gained a comprehensive understanding of the new features
in a short span of time. Boda spent long hours working extra time to complete the testing within the given timelines.
Sowjanya mitigated risk between systems with proper planning and interactions with the concerned stake holders.
Her dedication and commitment to complete the release within the timelines has been well received.
Srinivasu Jogi demonstrates client centricity time after time, and works beyond the call of duty to resolve IT and
network connectivity issues. In a recent instance it was found that VPN connectivity to a SenecaGlobal client network
was not functioning properly and the engineering team members were unable to perform necessary delivery
activities. Jogi worked with perseverance on this issue to identify the root cause and get it resolved in a timely
manner, enabling the engineering team to get back to work without interruptions. The client leadership and delivery
teams were very appreciative of Srinivasus focus and contribution in his successful efforts.
Surya Pabbineedi was essential to an important partnership SenecaGlobal valued, impressing the client with his
technical prowess and tenacious pursuit of excellence. He quickly understood the project architecture and shared that
knowledge with team members. Pabbineedis analysis skills in understanding newly introduced complex modules
without any knowledge transfer from the client, as well as his timely implementation, are noteworthy. The client was
extremely happy with Suryas dedication, long hours, and execution of work. They were formidable elements in
making the ultimate release a success.
