My art I think thats a big statement since I believe I havent done anything yet to be called an
artist or deserve the right to own an art. I think I should start from there for me art is the
highest level of communication possible in humanity. Its something that only happens when
society has a necessity to express something then! a peculiar being is born to realize what
that is, that being cooks it in his head and at some point when it is boiling and pouring out, he
develops it, polishes it and crafts it to scream it loud and wake everybody from their dreams
something like Becket, or Coco, or Matha Graham. I havent gotten to that but Ill surely do one
day and if not, Ill farm it for the next ones.
Acting is the only thing that wakes me up, it is the way my eyes see life, the way I communicate
with my environment and the way I analyze people I studied music since I was 5 years old, I
never fell for it even though Im very sensitive when it comes to music Suddenly I found
myself on stage, acting for a little scene at the end of a workshop I took, just because. Believe
me! what I felt that night was my life showing me the path I had to take and since then, Ive been
involving myself more and more in this twisted world, Ive been growing as a person through my
believes and my few experience in theater.
The stage has a peculiar feeling I can not explain yet, its something like two magnets pulling
me to opposite sides while my body vibrates, it is me embracing the deepest fears and allowing
my blood to raise, my brain to stop, my heart to beat stronger, it is the only space where I truly
can communicate myself with others without pretending, or misunderstanding.
Now, writing about the kind of art that I like I think we need to look at theater in a different way
now, I dont think things should be done from the place where reality is form, things have to be
form from the place where humans happen or anything else happen, thats the kind of theater
that I like, where it happens, where it is present and it happens no matter its connection to order
or realism. A theater where the actions are so strong and accurate that no person in the
audience can do anything else but allow themselves to be broken by it; a theater that does not
need any explanation or logic to move the audience the kind of theater that poor and rich,
culture and uncultured can understand, just because it is connected to humanity.
