Packout Instructions
Please be advised that effective Jan 1, 2010, Timbron International has begun shipping
sixteen foot lengths of the 623 Colonial Baseboard, 356 Colonial Casing, 105 Quarter Round
and 127 Base Shoe. After speaking with several distributors across the United States, we've
compiled a short list of steps when unpacking the Timbron product from a newly arrived unit

The best method we’ve found is to angle

the product bundle so the front end of
the bundle can be slid into the vertical
stack. Then the bundle should be lifted
and pushed forward allowing the
material to glide against the bundles
behind it.

This acts as a ramp for loading bundle to

slide against, using it as a guide. This
method keeps the loading bundle from
excessive sag while reinforcing the
loaded bundle against the materials
already loaded.

Occasionally

IF you should find that the

end you are loading
displaces because of the
band, causing a bunch up......

bundle over so that the band
