Waleed,
You and all of novomet team working hard to achieve better future for themselves and for
Novomet. But there are someone who works against this harmony .
I hesitated to speak about this topic but it is critical for Novomet. When All of Novomet members
in both workshop and field has so so many complaints and comments about Mr. Hany in many
points beginning from very poor technical background and experience on Novomet Equipment
to very bad traits and behavior with all workshop members and unable to work and manage a
team, here a simple problem I have faced with Mr. Hany.
1- He has very poor experience on Novomet equipment, at the same time he does not commit
that he needs training. Mr Alexa has trained him a lot, but he is not grateful for Mr. Alexa. He
claims that Mr. Alexa do not know anything. But many situations infront of me has proved that
Alexa much better than Hany.

c- Made a mistake in multiphase he agreed on a stucked multiphase and make Alexa to sign
on its papers to make him responsible for that mistake.
2- He had very bad management skills, he is not qualified to be workshop manager or even
supervisor position is so much on his skills Examples of his bad performance.
a- He is not team worker, he only takes his decisions alone even he was wrong. A lot of times
we advised him better opinions but he never listen to us he say just do what I ordered you.
b- He does not put trust on any one of team.
c- He always has problems with Alexa his manager, he want to take over Alexa role in the
workshop and put alexa on the corner.
d- He made us stay after working hours and refuse to make overtime papers for us. He force
us to stay for 5:50 Even we do not have an urgent that required finishing before leaving the
company and say there are no overtime.
e- He does not want anyone to learn in workshop.
f- He refuse to give us vacations even we do not have urgent work needs finishing. Mr Mubian
has asked him to give .
g- He claims that 10 AM break took has hardly convinced Mr. Waleed to give us this break.
