communities they serve.

Secondary schools are large organization by any standards.


Organization
The tasks that facing the secondary head in creating an organization
for the school is similar to those of primary school:

How to organize the students into learning group


Depend on size, age, mix and for what activities and stages.
How to deploy the teaching and technical staff to these groups
and activities
How to relate these to the space and facilities available

Relationship
Internal relationship : there is need to maintain some commonality of
will, style and understanding in all the expectations of the organization,
as well as continuity in the education and consistency of treatment of
students and in the development of the staff.

External relationship: there is still a need to recognize the bond with


the families of the students, including the aspiration of parents as their
offspring approach occupational choices.

Schools are complex organization even if it was primary school or


secondary school. Each of primary and secondary schools has their own
system of organization and management.
