Those ere significant ceccomplishments and you should be proud of the work you've done in bulee ing the ARA movement. Though @ number of chapters inthe ARA network have been in contact with ARA of Texas through Ben Frozier during the post year, communica- tion has been sporadie cand we would like to improve on thot. To: Benjomin Frazier cond ARA of Texas CC: ARA San Antonia ARA Of Dolls / Fort Worth Greetings on behalf ofthe AnttRocist Action Network, Ithas been two months since we wrote to ARA of Texos on behalf of the ARA, Network. We hove not received « reply to our concems in tho! time. However, we did read on apology from Ben Frazier in the 3/1/01 newsleter of ARA of Texos. In our lost correspondence wwe asked for a written apology in both the newsletter and on the ARA of Texos website, concerning the hormful ond completely flse rumours Ben Frozier hod wmttlen previously about ARA chaplars physically atacking people and burning down people's houses. Ben's opology in the newsleter wos sdequole. Ini, he rested completely false and unfounded eumours obovt ARA, such os: “When I wrote tht | wos tld about @ ‘ARAskins group who hes been disband- ced from what lean see. They were fire bombing people they fell ware racist ond 30 on. They destroyed a lot of private properly wih militant morals that Icom not support." We do not foe! that this is an apology for spreading unfounded rumours obout ARA. There has never been « chapter of ‘ARA known os Taro skins”. No ARA chapter hos ever been involved in any firobombing or anything of the kind. Such sialements are unirue and complete ly unfounded. 12 We repect our demand upon Ben Frazier tend ARA of Texas to apologize for this rumour ond fo simply sate thot Ben Frazier and/or ARA of Texas falsely reported in previous newslters that on ARA chopier had been involved in an ‘son atlock ond physical atlacks on people and that both Ben Frozier and ‘ARA of Texas regret ony harm this flee: hood may have caused. This apology must be published both in the ARA of Texos newsleter ond on the ARA of Texos website. We also wish o inform you that we hove been in contact with ARA DollasFort Worth. They informed the ARA Network thot their chapter no longer wished to be olfloted with ARA of Texas due to com filing opinions wih members of ARA of Texas. The ARA Network supports ony chopler in Texas working towards becoming a member of the Network, regardless oftheir offilation with ARA of Texas. We are, quite fronkly, concerned about the ability of local choplers to make their own decisions with the implementation ofthis "state structure" and we question how the deci- sion wos mode for the ARA of Texos chapter to become the head chapter for the stale; how its boord members were elected or appointed; and who its boord members currently are.
