DIVISION ORIENTATION ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE NATIONAL
HIEVEMENT TEST (NAT) FOR FOURTH YEAR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
: Heads, Public and Private Secondary Schools
Pursuant to DepEd MEMORANDUM No. 127, s. 2014 the Department of
Education (DepEd) through the National Education Testing and Research
Center (NETRC) in coordination with the officials/personnel from public and
private secondary schools shall administer the National Achievement Test (NAT)
for fourth year high school students nationwide as stated in the enclosure of
DepED ORDER No. 18, s. 2014 entitled School Calendar for School Year (SY)
2014-2015 dated March 28, 2014.
Relative to this, the Division office shall conduct the Division Orientation on the
Standardized Administration of the National Achievement Test (NAT) for Year 4
to all School Heads by cluster on the following dates and venue:

Meal Allowance shall be charged to National Educational Testing and
Research Center (NETRC) amounting to Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 250.00),
1 snack and lunch for those who will attend the am session and 1 snack and
early dinner for those who will attend the pm session. This will be deducted in
the Orientation Meal Allowance
Attendance is a MUST, to further intensify the importance of the duties and
functions of the Chief Examiner (Schoo! Head) on the administration of NAT,
2014 - 2015 observing JUAN TIME POLICY, NO PROXY.
School Heads with two (2) or three (3) handled schools will assign teacher
(with experience in the conduct of the test) who will act as Chief Examiner
during the examination day, they will attend the orientation as scheduled

b. Security of test materials, delivery and retrieval scheme; and
¢. Utilization and dissemination of findings (NAT SY 2013-2014)
d. Schedule of Distribution and Retrieval of Test Materials
7. Education Program Supervisors, School Heads, Teachers, Non-Teaching
Personne! and Support staff from Public Schools who will be involved in the
administration of the test will be given a two (2) day local service credits.
8. Full cooperation in the administration of NAT Year 4 is enjoined.
