I forgot my new cellphone in my grandmothers house, she took it and tries

to use but she let it fall and broke it. In the afternoon I went to get it and
asked what happen with it. She admits she had a problem with my cellphone
but she cant spend a lot of money. I suggested buying a new one but she
doesn't answer me. How I can insist to buy a new? What should I have
done?
