Terminal Building B 33 Jakarta 13610 (hereinafter called the Employer)
And PT. CANVAS DEVELOPMENTS of 21st Floor Menara Rajawali, Jl. Mega
Kuningan Lot#5.1 KawasanMega Kuningan Jakarta 12950 (hereinafter called the
Consultant)
WHERWAS
The Consultant has submitted a fee proposal for and is desirous of undertaking as
Project
Manager to the proposed aircraft hangar, office and fuction hall at Halim Airport
(hereinafter called the Project)
The Employer has intendedto award the project management consultancy services
(hereinafter called the Services ) to the Conslultant for the project
Now therefore the Parties hereby agree as following
