As the Board of Directors for Oceanic Airlines, we are sorry for your loss and the
loss of all of the passengers on board of Flight 723 and we thank you for your
submission. We understand that this is a difficult time and we will accommodate you the
best way possible. While your loss is important and we value your -, at this time we are
unable to give you a time frame as to when you will receive your $3 million dollars.
Unfortunately, we have to go through many lawyers and corporate offices before
presenting all of the individual family members, with their finances. At this time, we are
