It has recently come to my attention that some employees in the Cleveland area have been
inappropriately using social media. We also know that it was several salespeople responsible for
this. As a reminder, corporate policy proscribes discussing company business in public,
including social media. To whom this concerns this will be your only warning. If this issue
happens again we will be forced to take action and dismissal from working at Activ8 Sports will
be certain. Thank you and continue the good work.

Dear Bob Smith,
I regret to inform you of a recent event that has happened over social media. I was told by our
social media specialist that some of our sales employees in the Cleveland location were making
derogatory comments about you on the social media site Twitter.
We are sorry that this immature, inappropriate, and lack of respect act was committed by our
own employees at Activ8 Sports. We are working to apply immediate action to these individuals
and they do not speak on behalf of Activ8 Sports.
Again we are sorry this event happened and hope we can continue to do business in the future.
