CyberPatriot Middleschool Training Clinic!

Saturday morning, October 17, 2015 at San Antonio College.

Event begins in the Visual Arts Center (room 120) that is located on Lewis between
Courtland and W. Dewey streets. Turn in to the College on Courtland from San Pedro and turn
right on Lewis. Parking lot 10 is on your right and lot 9 is on your left. The Visual Arts Center
(VAC) is on east side of the street. We may park cars in any lot. Breakout sessions will be in the
Nail Technical Center. Teams must stay together. You will need your team ID.
Planned Schedule:
8:30am

Doors open at 8:30 for registration in the Visual Arts

Center (room 120) that is located on Lewis between

9:00 to 9:30

Program begins at 9 with opening session for all in

Morning breakouts:
9:35 to 10:35

11:45 to 12:15

Pizza lunch please bring a lunch if you cannot eat

Registration:
1. Tell Mrs. Webster your name and email address by Thursday to be registered. 2. Please have
parents/guardians sign the attached SAC liability waiver form for each student and to bring it
to registration.

2. Tell Mrs. Webster if any parents wish to chaperone. They will need to be DPS cleared and email
Mrs. Webster at vwebst@neisd.net by Friday 10/16 with their DPS number during school hours
so she can print them a badge for Sat.
3. Please have parents/guardians sign the attached SAC liability waiver form and Photograph &
Video Release Form for each student and to bring it to registration.
