4. Mid-Term Report June 2015
Only Physical progress with item wise upto June 2015 (copy along with
attached). This shows how gist of physical progress is reported.
Revised estimated quantity included (copy along with attached).This shows that
estimated approved quantity is to be verified at site.
5. Photograph of important site work to be sent by Whats app to FREMAA address every
day.
6. Information about any important position of work will have to be urgently reported by E
mail / SMS to PMC. In case it is very important the massage is to be copied to EO(T),
FREMAA (Contact list of PMC and FREMAA officers attached).
7. As advised of Mr.Chattopadhya, Senior Support Engineer, PMC a copy of MOM of
discussion in June 2015 was attached a hard copy. Many requirements of work and
reporting, monitoring at site are recorded there.
8. Also a copy of BID document of DTP Dyke Dibrugarh for helping to follow Technical
specification at site work was handed over to refer to the document for supervising all
works. The site engineer needs to make any question on any issue from PMC (Mr.
Chottopadhaya and Mr. Kakati) at any time. In addition, whenever PMC experts visit
Dibrugarh, the Site Engineer can get all clarification or advice on works. He can also
contact over E mail / Phone to properly discharge his duties, which were explained to
him during discussion on 29th September 2015 at PMC, Guwahati office (Discussion Mr.
Chattopadhya, Senior Support Engineer, PMC and Mr. Kakati , Senior Support Engineer,
PMC)
