Directors/Heads of the University Departments, the Principals of the affiliated colleges,
Heads of the recognized Institutions concemed, the Director, Institute of Distance ory
sre {aming and the Captain Superintendent, Ministry of Surface Transport, Trainina
Ship “Chanakya” Government of India, Mumbai- 400 001, are hereby informed thatthe
[commendation made by the Review Committee has been accepted by the Academic
Council at its meeting held on 26° June, 2015 vide item No. 7.1 and in addition tothe
information mentioned in the circular No.43 dated 4" August, 2015 it is informed that
the additional examination for Semester I, Ill & IV be conducted only for those whe
have remained absent on the ground of Medical/Participation in Sport/Cultural NCC
Camps, Couching Camps for Sports and Cultural Activities etc., as per R.8439 (which
Tuk effected from academic year 2013-14 be repealed and earlier ordinance/regulations
8917 may again be brought to effect. A leamer who fails in some or all the courses can
appear for A.T-K.T. Examination which will be conducted only in the month of October
& April of every year forall semester i.e. Semester Ll, 1& IV.
tis also informed thatthe system of scaling down for all faculties are seraped.
“It is further requested to all colleges that, they can arrange the
Examinations of Semester I & II in morning session and Semester III & IV
