Pri nstupe do autobusu cestujci nie je povinn predloi tento vytlaen
e-ticket. Mus vak pozna jeho kd D8WRWI.
E-ticket je mon vrti iba cez internet na adrese
https://amsbus.sk/cpsk/vratitjizdenku.
Podmienky pre vrtenie s stanoven dopravcom. Na elektronickom
lstku je vytlaen prslun zrka / as do odchodu v hodinch, dokedy
je mon cestovn lstok vrti.
Ak neobsad cestujci miesto najneskr do odchodu, alebo ak neme z
colnch alebo pasovch dvodov pokraova v jazde, strca nrok na
prepravu bez nhrady.
Ak cestujci nepouil e-ticket preto, e prslun spoj bol zruen alebo
oneskoren na odchode z nstupnej zastvky o viac ako 30 mint, bude
mu cestovn vrten bez zrky.

Terms of use of the e-ticket with code D8WRWI

When boarding the bus, passenger does not have to present a PRINTED
COPY of this e-ticket. However, the passenger must know its code
D8WRWI.
The e-ticket can be returned via internet at address
https://amsbus.sk/cpsk/vratitjizdenku only.
Cancellation conditions of the e-ticket are set by the carrier. The
corresponding charge / time to departure in hours till when the ticket can
be returned are indicated on the e-ticket.
If the passenger does not occupy the seat before departure he/she loses
transportation entitlement without any compensation. The same rule is
applied in cases where continuation of his/her journey is not allowed by
customs or immigration offices.
If the passenger did not use the e-ticket due to bus cancellation or due to
at least 30 minutes departure delay he/she is entitled to a full repayment
of the fare.
The carrier is responsible for the transportation. However, the passenger
has no right to claim compensation for any consequential, incidental, or
indirect damage arising from late departure, late arrival or cancellation of
a bus.
