Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences Thursday Oct. 22 and Friday Oct. 23

Communication on student progress is a very important part of the educational process and we need your
input. When we work together to assess and plan the students learning will benefit. You are your childs
first and most important teacher and sharing your knowledge and understanding of your child will be very
helpful.
To provide the opportunity for all parents and students to meet with the teachers, we will be scheduling
20 minute interviews for the evening of Thursday, October 22nd from 3:30-6 pm and Friday, October
23rd from 8:30 am-2:40 pm. Time limits of 20 minutes will be closely followed. Although there will be
no school on Friday October 23rd, students are expected to attend the parent/ teacher interview with their
parent.
Please fill out the form below with your first and second choice for a conference with your childs
teacher. If you have more than one child at Takhini we will try to accommodate your requests but cannot
make any guarantees. A confirmation slip of your interview time will be sent home on Tuesday, October
20.
The deadline to submit this form to the classroom teacher is Monday, October 19th.
