NARRATIVE REPORT
This is the last week of our field study at Alupay National High School.
September 15, 2015, I arrived at the time of 7:12 am. When I arrived, I go to the office
of my cooperating teacher but he is not there, so I wait for him to come. While waiting, I
read the module of Mr. Capanay in his first class at Grade 7-Sampaguita about
mechanical drafting. I notice that my cooperating will be absent, because it is already
8:30 am and he is not coming. So I decided to come to his first class at Grade 7Sampaguita. I ask them what they do yesterday and they said that Mr. Capanay is not
there yesterday, but they are asked to continue writing the next lesson. Since they are
not finished copying, I asks the secretary of the class to continue copying the lesson.
When they finished copying, I checked their notebooks and they ask me that their
section will be used for the demo of one of the practice teacher in Filipino. So I did not
give the activity because there is no time. But I asked them to try doing it at home. I
dismissed them early because they must be ready for the demo.
In the next class of my cooperating teacher at Grade 7- Rose. I ask them to
continue copying the lesson. When they finish copying, I checked their notebooks. Then
after that, I give an activity a freehand sketching. I ask them to get their typewriting and
other materials for the activity. Then I draw in the board lines and curves which they are
going to draw in their activity. They are not allowed to use ruler because that is a
freehand sketching. During their activity, it seems that they have difficulty in sketching
because they are not using any measuring tools. After that, I collect their activity sheets.
Before I leave, I ask them to clean their classroom.
Since my cooperating teacher, Mr. Capanay is not there my daily time record is
not signed. I leave the school at 3:10 pm.

In the second day, September 16, 2015, I arrived at the school at 6:45 am. I wait
for my cooperating teacher to come because he is not around yesterday but maybe he
will come today. Im not mistaken because he arrived. He said that he is not around
yesterday because he attends an important meeting, and he is leaving today because of
the players. So Im the one to come to his first class. But before I go to his first class, I
ask him that this is our last week of observation at the school. He said that if I need help
about something, I can text or call him. Since the Grade-8 Mahogany is making their
project for dressmaking, I ask Mr. Capanay that Im going to watch the demo of the
Filipino majors at the room of Grade-7 Sampaguita. He allowed me to watch the demo.
In the second class of Mr. Capanay, at Grade-7 Camia like the Grade-7 Rose,
they do the same activities. They copy the lesson and I give the activity. When they
finish their activity, I collect it and I leave.
My daily time record is signed because I ask Mr. Capanay signed it before he
leave. I leave the school at 11:30 am.
