OBJECTIVE

i. I will learn following aspect by my project report:

ii. The nature & importance of financial statement of

private limited company.

iii. Financial strength & weakness of private limited

company.

iv. I will study financial position & determine financial

performance of firm over a period of time.

v. I will also study & learn various techniques of analysis of

financial statements.

vi. I will learn through my project study that how pvt

companies arrange the information in a way to highlight
significant relationship.

vii. I can give some suggestions & recommendations to the

company if I think so. Through which that company can
improve its performance.
