PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

4 cups flour
4 cups sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
40 tbsp pineapple juice

Separate egg yolk and egg white


Beat egg yolk, then add juice
Continue beating then add sugar
Continue beating then add flour
Beat the egg white until stiff then
Fold in into the batter mixture
6. Then bake 400%F or 375%F

beat 2 eggs
add slowly 1 cup sugar.
Beating constantly, stir in 1 cup milk 4-5 tbsp melted shortening (butter)
Sift before measuring 4 cups flour. Resift with
4 tbsp double action baking powder.
